Thanks for watching video !!! In USA, salary increments are negligible. Because inflation rate in USA is less than 3 always, salary increments will also be similar to that. I have not seen salary increase beyond 5% here. That too for top ratings. In India, we will have double digit salary increase because of inflation rate. In US, unless we get promotion salary rise will be very less.
