Bitterness, they won't accept that valorant's semi-fantasy esque has its own market, a massive one too. I grew up with CS source and 1.6 extreme back in early 20s, played CS:GO and CS2, i love the simplicity in CS design philosophy but i admit the design went stale after a while. Valorant is a nice change of pace. 1000 hours in CS:GO and another 1000+ hours in source, and now spending 500 hours in Valorant and still going.

Everything you see in CS is unique except for the fact that you shoot guns and it’s in first person, i guess. Valorant copied literally everything from CS and added abilities which even that on itself is nothing new as Rainbow six was already the operator-based tactical fps. And there is nothing objective about what you’re saying about skins. The general consensus if you look at any cs vs valorant comparison is at the very least that it’s up to preference or favorable towards CS. I know I'm late to the party on this video but I have to get this off my chest. I used to play Valo and CS and have a lot of hours in both and don't have any special feelings toward either of the games. I don't get the senseless hate against any game that is not CS:GO or CS2 or whatever. There is no way that he doesn't understand the concept of different looking skins and textures for the melee weapon, he basically mocks the Valorant skins for being creative and off the wall in certain contexts, like having a folding fan, which is a fucking sick concept imo. Also he keeps saying some of the skins are ripoffs, which I kind of understand in certain situations, like with the HALO or Overwatch references and maybe a little bit of the Borderlands looking skin. But honestly, the skins are not blatant ripoffs and games like Borderlands or Overwatch didn't invent the comic style or fucking hammers, so I don't get his point at all. Related to this point, it is really dumb to say a certain type of knife is a CS:GO or CS2 ripoff when a Karambit or Urus or whatever are not even created by the CS devs, they have been real knifes for centuries. I understand that some of the skins are ugly and the game doesn't fit his aesthetic generally but I don't get the senseless hate over some skins, which are mostly very creative and well thought out. Usually I like clips of this guy when I see them on social media and he genuinely seems like a cool guy in these types of videos but this one has ruined my perception of him entirely. He's just coping in the weirdest way because CS doesn't have the creativity or guts to release innovative skins and just puts new patterns on the same knife for the 10th time in a row and his chat makes it even worse. What do u mean by "innovative"? The styles of cs and valo are really different. You may not like the style cs has and many of the people who play cs don't like the style that valo has. You may like flashy animation and various colors while having the same pattern but not everybody is bound to like that. I would admit that his twitch chat is biased if they say that valo is not creative (because they are) but not everybody likes over the top animation because it is again about preferences. I like more of realism and originality in the skins and that is why I would prefer cs skins over valo skins and I think it is the same for most of the cs fanbase. It's just like if I say "I like the star wars universe more than the marvel universe". It's just about preferences at the end of the day. I don't have any problem with your overall comment but the last paragraph is just your opinion about valo being better than cs just because of their creativity. I come in good faith as I was just questioning your reasoning.
