Dear Nina, I am truly happy to see how at peace you are, it seems like you got your own back and that's inspiring. I have had a hard, stressful week that made me really anxious and worried that I would loose all my recent progress and fall into a vicious circle of being unproductive and failing. But, as I watched your video to unwind before my exam tomorrow, I felt a lot more calm ; seeing you having a chill day, spending wholesome time with friends and the majority of your day doing stuff to make yourself happy reminded me that I too should take some time among the chaos of uni for selfcare and self love, as it is so easy to forget about that when you're in school/life rush.
