This vocalist has never made it to a second album with any of the bands he has been in (Make Me Famous, Down & Dirty, Asking Alexandria) and he’s been quite controversial to say the least, but his new band Drag Me Out is about to release their second album and I’m stoked!

Stand Up and Scream came out in 2009, then Reckless & Relentless in 2011, From Death to Destiny in 2013 and then The Black with Denis in 2016, then original singer Danny Worsnop came back in late 2016 and then the Self-titled album Asking Alexandria came out in 2017, followed by Like A House On Fire in 2020, and the latest album See What's On The Inside in October 2021. i'm a diehard fan of the band because of Stand Up and Scream and Reckless & Relentless but what really got me as a fan was the music video The Final Episode (Let's Change the Channel) that got me hooked. the change in style music they are doing now is fantastic yes deep down i do miss the metalcore Asking Alexandria but i'm not going to complain about it it's they're decision on the type of music they want to put out

I can understand people who love Stand Up and Scream and don’t like a lot of AA’s newer stuff compared to the older stuff but the way I see the reason why they don’t do more stuff like Stand Up and Scream, as well as Reckless & Relentless is because Danny’s vocals could be seriously damaged by years and years of doing the metalcore vocals (as well as smoking) and the first two albums are basically the band’s younger years. They grew older, as did their tastes in music and styles of music. If they continue to do albums like the first two, then it’s going to be repetitive really quick and people will lose interest. Sure they lost fans with the new music but if you stop listening to a band because of a style change, then I think they are nothing but fans of the style of music and not the band itself. But that’s just my opinion

@@KevinPerez-zz6zu That’s true. I honestly just like the band. Sure they probably won’t go back to their old style but that’s okay. I’d rather Danny not destroy his voice completely with the style of singing that comes with the metalcore genre.

What a massive disappointment that album was, personally. Ik some people loved it because Ben started doing more vocals and it wasn't Danny. But honestly thier last good album was death to destiny. Dennis was amazing in make me famous but his live performance and even album vocals were extremely lack luster. Idk how he did the vocals in make me famous to sounding like a 4 pack a day smoker. Not saying Danny is any better as of late. But again this is all my personal opinions, ik its not nice to rip on people, but this is a reaction channel and speaking about how they sound is the point. And to me from death to Destiny was thier last good album. After that it's a blur of bad vocals and weird country influences, honestly it's radio butt rock.
