The guy is actually not very good and disingenuous. If you pay attention he laughs at random nonfunny statements when shes speaking to keep the atmosphere lively but it comes off extremely disingenuous. The reason why the interview feels like a conversationis because of how charismatic Emilia is. Look at any interview she's ever done and youll see this at probably a greater level when the interviewer is more engaging.

Funny how the british "Oi" is a slang for "Hey", while in Portuguese we (native speakers of Portuguese) actually say "Oi", too, because "Oi" is actually a Portuguese word that means "Hey" / "Hi".

The interviewer is awesome. He actually listens to her and they're having legit conversation. Many interviewers are all about asking question after question, without any conversation about what person said. It seemed to me in many occasions that they don't even care what the person they're interviewing is talking about, they just wait for the person to stop talking so they can ask another question. Kudos to this guy. If I were a famous person, I would LOVE for him to interview me.
