@Tom Foster He shouted “Oi” from a distance (stood by a car with the engine running so he had to raise his voice) at two men going around the perimeter of a prison with cameras and their hoods up looking like stereotypical chavs. He then approached the fence, lowered his voice to speak to them and Mr ‘Artistic and professional’ as you put it immediately meets him with aggression and is the first to haul an insult. DJ puts people in their place and uses his assertiveness when necessary, not once has he hauled an insult based on someone’s general appearance. So yeah, Tom. Seems justified, I couldn’t agree more honestly.

Regardless of how staff, police etc come across, regardless of how they speak to you, the best audits always come across when the auditor remains calm and collected and simply provides facts about what they’re allowed to do legally. It paints you in a really bad light when you start insulting peoples appearances and shouting at them. Take the moral high ground, let them be the ones to look the fools.

Over the years these sorts of videos are something i have come to watch on a day to day mainly because i just love the core principle of it and the fight back to the ever growing legislative passive aggression against big corps and government.. love it and massive respect to DJ AUDITS for his work there is no denying that for the most part are doing us all a great service However and i know this is all about the skipping along the boundaries of the law but sometimes you can be deliberately antagonistic and rude with name calling in order to catch what looks like juicy content but in reality is just drumming up the views and for me is a major sign that this type of subject matter is in decline. Just would be so much more watchable if for however much the situation is alarming or distressing that you stick to the calm approach to things. Category C prisons are for inmates who cannot be trusted in open prison, but who have been recognised as being unlikely to make any attempt at escape. To be placed in a category C prison, the prisoner must fulfil at least one of these criteria. They have a previous sentence of 12 months or more for crimes such as violence, arson, drug dealing, importation, threat of violence or sex-related offences. They are currently serving a sentence longer than 12 months for the crimes listed above. They have an outstanding confiscation order or other further charges against them. The have a history of breaching bail within a three-year period, failing to surrender or absconding.

I think it's a sensible policy to allow prisoners out into public areas on day release. To mitigate the effects of becoming too institutionalised after years inside. Where everything is done for you. Giving them employment outside the prison is a good way to do that. With the hope that when they are released they are able to function well enough in the outside world.
@lint83912 жыл бұрын
@Tom Foster It's very difficult to get planning permission for a new prison. You tend to get the locals objecting against it. The peak year for crime in England and Wales was 1996. After that a load of prison cells were created, resulting in more people being in prison. With crime levels coming down. Whilst someone's in prison they won't be adding to the crime statistics. In normal years the UK Government spends more on "Court Services" than it does on prisons. The cost of crime is huge. A recidivist will generally cause a huge amount of financial damage to the population whilst they are out of prison. So that whilst it may cost a lot to keep a recidivist in prison, it costs even more to the country as whole to let him out of prison. We have a policy in this country where the amount of time prisoners spend in prison is lower than it was 150 years ago. Prisoners are generally given the benefit of the doubt that they will reform. For those that do reform, I'd like to thank them for doing so. As well as thank any prison and probation staff that helped them to do so.
