Oil Is the Blood of War. 15% of Russian Oil Refineries Stopped Production

Ukrainian UAVs strike Russia's main industry - oil refining and production of petroleum and diesel fuel. The Kremlin is already buying petroleum from Kazakhstan and Belarus. Continuation of such strikes may result in a serious blow to Russia's ability to wage war against Ukraine.

They wont, because western countries mostly refine their own oil to gas from imported crude oil. Only specific refined oil based products might be effected. Beyond that it will be the Russian military and consumer most impacted as the oil refineries in Russia predominantly supply refined oils ( i.e. gas / petrol ) to Russians and possibly neighbouring countries.
