As an engineer (retired), I always like to know how my devices work, come apart, repair... I'm about to put one of these heaters into service so I really appreciate your taking time to go through these units.

dude, you're badass. plain and simple. something tells me that you have a huge pair and your partner goes to sleep wearing a smile every night.... idk wtf that has anything to do with replacing heat exchangers, but its really cold up here in alaska right now and my toyo heater is flashing a EE 8 error code and this just gave me the confidence to replace it myself, you explained that very well, so thank you Mr. Greig "big nuts" Mclean, you may just have very well have saved my marriage!!

These nozzles you can buy at Steve Harvey's 0.85 gallons per hour at 60° a hollow spray s a is a testing company. you can touch any part of the nozzle that you want it won't hurt it there's a tool to set the electrodes correctly but they're out of stock of them the air gap is 3 mm dead balls Center over the spray nozzle and they make a pressure gauge after the pump to check pressure
