Oil Painting | Boats and Harbor | Artist Michael Pintar

This time lapsed video shows how I use oil paints to create a painting on canvas. Combination of palette knife and brushes were used throughout. I created a small comp of two of the boats before starting this larger piece and I show that version towards the end. Hoping to give any artist a bit of inspiration. I am posting this video even though I don't consider it one of my better efforts. Art is experimentation. Sometimes pieces work out perfectly, other times they are a complete bust. This one is in between.
