The oil consumption and production figures should be "thousands of barrels a day" - not barrels per day

It'd be awesome if we (the US) simultaneously en masse, started abandoning gas powered vehicles as our primary mode of transportation. That'd bring gas prices to sub $1.00/gallon levels and really start the decline of oil rich countries.

Agreed on the war machine part of your comment. It'd make US foreign policy a lot less complicated and we wouldn't have to be friends with the Saudi monarch/dictatorship. Not sure what you mean with "free energy". No energy is free! Just more sustainable and less harmful to the environment.

Boo who .. you want me to feel bad for the billion-dollar oil companies.. The only reason the oil prices are going down is because we're tapping into our own supply now. I'll never feel bad for taking Saudi Arabia's money away from them , I think they have enough

How is the ruble in free fall when Russia doesn't have a deficit? How does oil prices free fall when the market wasn't truly flooded with oil? If we have a fee market then explain. The truth is the markets are manipulated
