It might take you a couple of tries, just be patient and you'll get it. If it doesn't work, try again and take your time. This method will work on your model. Let me know how it goes.

@@key3054 yes so for me I had to remove the start stop button and insert the physical key. After that if you follow the instructions in the video it worked for me doing it that way

I have a 2016 GLC300 and I performed the procedure you describe and the oil reminder reset, but the service A reminder did not reset. I tried several times and still am not able to get the service A reminder to reset. The mechanic that serviced my vehicle was also unable to reset this reminder. How can I reset this service reminder?

You mean that you wanted Service A reminder to reset to zero? If that's the case, it won't go to zero. It'll say 10,000 miles on it and I believed that it's counting down. I hope this is the answer that you are looking for.
