I work at an animal hospital in HB and that dog owner is the best! If there is one thing that is hard for some dog owners is, if something is already not safe please do not try to find a way around it, just don't go. Keeping your pet safe should be the first priority, and especially with the dog respiratory thing going around right now, just being anywhere with other dogs that potentially contagious is just not safe. So please pet owners, keep you babies safe and stay away from the dog beach for a while until authorities say it is safe. If you want to still do something like beach wise, get a slip and slide or make your own dog pool at home with a kiddie pool!

Yes. Thats an insulin syringe which is commonly used by addicts. It is scary to think but you do have to be careful walking in some beaches and parks here in Cali. Always watch your step. 😥

There is oil all over the beach, big black chunks in the sand. You never see that many tar-balls/chunks on the beach.
