No you cannot switch the gangs from front to back. Wish i knew where you were. One reason why would show ya how to take apart the gangs. I worked for KELLOBILT industries for 11 years. Yes i had hands on from the very first cut all the way to the shinny paint fully finished for thousands of them. A Serious and important tip to opperating those discs, you cannot Force them in the ground with the fore and aft shafts. Even though there is threads on them. When in feild mode cutting there should be a min of 2 inches of shaft between the big nut and the base it presses up to. A hint to taking apart the gangs, soak them in water. And when assembling them stand the gang shaft on the solid welded end and drop the blades and bearings over them You can assemble flat but i gonna tell ya you will fight it all the way to the end. You can swap the blades but not the assembled gangs. Another tip always always make sure them gangs are tight and the bearings have oil in them. Those bearings will set ya back some bucks. Like sayin i not just blowin my horn. I do know them discs extreamly well. Congratulations you were very wise to buy one of the greatest discs built.

@@Northern_Farmer the gang hangers are spaced diffrently. When ever i changed blades for some costumers we had a huge tankvwe set the gang in because the dirt gets into them and sets like Lock Tight Cement, so soften it back to mud and the blades and bearings will slip off way easier. Taking apart hang them from the last blade on the welded fixed end. Use gravity as your friend. You will probably have to make a wrench so u can beat it hard with a sledge to remove the nut. We just wrapped a chain around the gang and held it with a forklift tooth, or the bucket of a tractor front end loader while we loosened them. Tightening them is way easier just roll into a block in a knotch on a blade. Please, please paint your threads on the shaft with a real heavy coat of Anti sezie. Or if it needs retorquing or to come apart later on you will cuss. I learned alot in the years i dealt with those monsters. We built two discs that had 4 inch gang shafts and 56 inch 1 inch thick blades it was a special order. D 10 and D 12 catapillars spun pulling them. I so love Kello built machines. So much i even built 4 repica 450 series toy discs. Wish i never sold them

I wish it was only third year in a row for us down south at Acadia Valley, we’re on year 5 of drought now and if we get another next year that’ll be the longest drought we’ve had since the 80’s from what my dad said. Hopefully it turns into a 2016 when it was supposed to be dry and turned into one of the wettest years we’ve ever had. Farming is fun haha

Whaoo that disc can turn soil over, it is a disc/disc plow, I think it use all the horses of the 210

spray your pasture and seed it to canola.1 and done.it might be rough but the cost of tillage is extreme. when my cousin sold his cows he bought an older pto sprayer for his pasture and hay field conversion.canola.canola canola.

That’s a heavy duty disc. I assembled a couple Krause disc in my younger years. The gangs were all in pieces. Everything thing was in a lot of pieces

The camera does not show how big and heavy that disc is in person. You should park it next to a regular field disk. An 18" disc blade compared to a 32" disc is a huge difference.
