I don't have oily skin but you really touched important aspects that will help others out there. My question is that my neck has been having irritations in the past years which left it looking more black than the other parts of the body. How do i tackle doing makeup that does not make me look like a ghost?

I had the same issue, went to two hospitals, the creams they gave didn't help. My neck was itching without any obvious rash and was getting black. I told a pharmacist who had had the same issue and she told me to stop wearing any neckpiece that isn't real gold or silver. l did and the itching stopped after about 3 days and I have been good since then. Just looking for ways to lighten the black patches now
