Hi Raj, If someone's last notice of assessment was based on 3 months, since at the time of filing tax return in the year 2023, he was on the job for just 3 months, which is far less than his gross pre-tax income (say 100,000 CAD), however, when creating EOI today he has been with same employer for more 13 months, but 2024 tax return submission is not yet due, hence no notice of assessment available. In that scenario can this person put his actual pre-tax annual income of CAD 100,000 in the EOI? or he has to wait for notice of assessment or arrange interim notice of assessment?

Hello sir, During the application process, I uploaded the required documents. However, I realized that instead of uploading individual documents separately for each field, I merged several documents into a single PDF file for certain sections.For example, under the "Status documents issued by IRCC or CBSA (mandatory)" field, I combined my work permit, study permit, and TRV into a single PDF file, selecting the work permit option. I did provide a comprehensive list of all documents included within the merged PDF in the document descriptions WHAT CAN I DO NOW?

Yes you can. Its not a rule as its common sense, they didn't say it cuz they both are separate streams. Its basically saying that I want to go to Toronto and there are 2 ways to go, where can I find the rule which says that you can go through both ways? Its your choice buddy. You can go through both but you can only choose 1 way to apply for PR once you are invited. This step is basically just showing your interest.

Hi, yes. Historically speaking, OINP will not conduct another tech draw until express entry does a tech category based draw. OINP uses that crs score to decide range for invites.

Thank you for your video; it’s really useful. I am going to pursue a master's degree in Ontario. I have heard that if we study at a public university, we can gain points for the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), but if we study at a private university, the education points won’t be considered. Is that correct?

Private university will not be eligible for pgwp as well most likely, so don’t go for 3rd tier universities.

Hii Raj, I have a question regarding the attestation form, as the OINP portal says that as of February 24, 2024, we are required to fill out the applicant consent form instead. Could you please suggest if the attestation form is still necessary and where I can find it? Thank you

Would graduating with an advanced diploma be considered as two Canadian credentials if it took me an additional year to complete the advanced diploma after a 2-year diploma? I currently hold two certificates, a diploma, and an advanced diploma. Also, has the attestation form recently been updated to the applicant form?

if you have 2 different certificates and you have 2 different transcripts, then yes

I don't think it matters when you first entered Canada, all it cares about is how much Canadian experience you have. Also it depends on the stream of your choice. I hope it helps!
