Hi Raj, When we are expecting Non-EE PR portal videos from you because now a days provinces are issuing nominations in higher numbers so most of the guy's are looking for guidelines to create non-EE portals to file their PR applications after getting nomination from provinces. Hello sir, During the application process, I uploaded the required documents. However, I realized that instead of uploading individual documents separately for each field, I merged several documents into a single PDF file for certain sections.For example, under the "Status documents issued by IRCC or CBSA (mandatory)" field, I combined my work permit, study permit, and TRV into a single PDF file, selecting the work permit option. I did provide a comprehensive list of all documents included within the merged PDF in the document descriptions WHAT CAN I DO NOW?

Hi, Both! for WES, you need to have the report available before EOI and request a duplicate copy once you get PNP invitation.

I don't think it matters when you first entered Canada, all it cares about is how much Canadian experience you have. Also it depends on the stream of your choice. I hope it helps!

Hi, I currently have a WES report now, but its original recipient is IRCC. I heard that we need to order duplicate report and add recipient the OINP. Yes you can. Its not a rule as its common sense, they didn't say it cuz they both are separate streams. Its basically saying that I want to go to Toronto and there are 2 ways to go, where can I find the rule which says that you can go through both ways? Its your choice buddy. You can go through both but you can only choose 1 way to apply for PR once you are invited. This step is basically just showing your interest.

I would suggest to contact OINP on call and let them know about your situation, ideally it should be alright but you might not want to take risk

Hi, you dont need work experience for EOI, you just need job offer. Yes, the requirements of 2 years after education is firm.

I received noi from oinp HCP health care stream in feb 24, submitted all documents after 40 days . Received an email from oinp for incomplete schedule D consent form, so my process is closed & my fees will be refunded. As i had taken help of a visa agent, he had asked me not yo fill this as it is for candian tax. What can i do now?

Your visa agent messed up with your chances of getting pnp, ditch them and restart. Not sure if you are in ontario or applied internationally. Feel free to reach out and book a call to discuss your case

Hello, I finished early childhood education in one of the DLI colleges here in Ontario and another PSW program in a private school which is not a DLI. My question is in applying OINP should I match my work and my Canadian credentials? Cos now, I work as a full time permanent PSW but I can't declare my program in OINP because the school is not a DLI..I only declare my Early Childhood Education. Hello, I have received my OINP Express Entry Notifications of Interest that is expiring in next two weeks , My CRS #521 . Score is again increased to #549 .Now I have to accept the OINP invitation. Occupational category means first number of your noc code, your case its "4". All the best

there's something that is confusing can you please help me can I apply without a job offer letter?, and in a scenario where im abroad (not in canada), and I got a job offer?, wont it take long time until my application is selected? Hi sir, i hope that you will notice my comment. I applied for Express Entry Visa under federal skill program thru immigration consultant agency in Dubai. Unfortunately, they were not so transparent about the whole process and they're not so responsive. I got a letter of interest from Ontario, but i am planning to decline the invitation for now and pursue it after i take and pass the NCLEX by the end of the year. You think that would affect my chances to receive an invitation from them again if i decline it? Thank you in advance

OMG, thank you for answering, sir. I badly needed an honest and reliable answer. The consultant told me that if I declined the invitation, it would give them an impression that i am not so serious about my application to get PR in Canada. On my mind, i am thinking of declining it because i wanted to focus first to pass NCLEX, so by the time thati get my residency i can practice my profession as registered nurse.

That totally makes sense and they are definitely lying to keep money in the pocket. Rules are rules and ircc never assumes stuff. All the best with your journey, definitely take that license so you can start practicing once you get your residency :) As I said a new express entry profile is all you need to reset it.
