Why are they putting an upper limit on Skilled Trade Draws? The cut off was from CRS 350-424. What will people above 424 who cannot qualify for General Draw which is 535 and above? Same range draws happened on Jan 11th and on March 1st. People in the middle who has higher qualifications are stuck without an invitation than those who received invitations but have less experience or low IELTS score and get an invitation.

Hello Kulbeir, I was planning to gain one year of experience in the concrete finisher trade. The company I am supposed to start is a small company, however, it’s registered and has 2-3 years in the business. They are willing to provide the employment letter with NOC, duties as well as 1 year experience after completion. Do I need anything else from the company in other streams a minimum of 500,000 is required. Please clarify this concern as there is not enough information on this question.

Hey Kubeir, I have 2 years of experience in which, I have 7 months of Butcher experience and for the same time period I have worked as a Drafter as well. So will I be eligible for the agriculture Draw since I have 6 months of experience? If I have 2 jobs at the same time, will it affect my ita? Can I just show one experience (Butcher experience), to be eligible for the agriculture draw? Or I need to show both of the experience and If I show both experience for same time period is it gonna affect my ITA?

If you have one year left and score is above 430 then u might get invite through trade category specific deaw in express entry.

I was unlucky on last express entry draw with 425 crs something, I gave my ielts improvement exam a week after that draw. Now I got unlucky on this one too. I hope someone's good luck supercedes my bad luck and I get my pr😂

Unfortunately the deadline to submit is strict and extensions are not given. You may write an explanation that the employer will submit the employer form directly to them, and take a chance with it, if you wish

Ive recently got married, my husband has received NOI from ontario,stage DIP. however he was the only applicant( also proof of fund for 1 person only 14234 CAD), i was not added as dependent as I am not going to accompany him to canada But today we have received email from OINP stating that proof of fund is not enough for 2 persons. Also the officer stated that gift deed must be provided in case of large amount received from 3rd party. If i provide that, u think our application will be approved ? I mean if our proof of fund becomes 17127 cad. Thanks for replying it means alot. I have only 9 days to provide the required documents/information.

Assistance with PR Hello, I was looking at the options of successfully getting PR in Canada. 1. I first came to Canada on a study permit in Dec 2021 and successfully graduated in December 2023. 2. Applied for PGWP in December 2023 as well and got it approved in Jan 2024, which is valid untill Jan 2027. Background: Canadian Education- 2 years (Diploma in Journalism) Work Experience: I mean I just got my PGWP like a week ago and I work as Court Reporter (which is NOC 2 or 3 which doesn't help, I'm looking for a better NOC job) I have a sibling got his PR approved, I believe that helps a little bit. (We are blood siblings, so like really siblings not cousins) Questions- As we all know getting a PR is getting tougher and tougher as days are passing, so i was looking to explore different options - A. It had been suggested to me that knowing Canada's offical languages helps, i.e, English and French. I have tried taking to French but it's proving to be different 😅 Should I just power through or knowing French doesn't name a difference? B. International Student Stream Program? I know a little bit about the stream but I'm not entirely sure, such as the wages you need to earn if your employer is helping you part? C. Just hope for the scores to lower! Any help is appreciated.
