Big ups to Robert Marawa for your brilliant interviewing skills. It wasn't an easy interview, OJ wasn't really opening up, but the way you probed and kept the interview going must be applauded 👏👏

What I took out of this interview was a hint of Self entitlement and a bit of Victim mentality coming from Mabizela. The mistakes that he did were because of 'circumstances' of others....

@sabelonxele52992 жыл бұрын
What I have gathered from this interview is: 1) He was under immense pressure 2) He was lonely as a youngster in a foreign country at a tender age 3) we the fans and media wanted more out of him and he disappointed the Nation 4) OJ still hasn't forgiven himself as he isn't wearing his shortcomings as a badge of honor 5) Being a Star is hardwork. People who aspire for stardom must know it comes with many sacrifices, you will lose your childhood, you have to be almost be like a robot, focus at performing at the highest level to keep the limelight. Development for me isn't only about Nuturing the talent or even physical aspect, its about psychology. Discipline is lacking in our sportsman, especially those that play football. I mean we could easily look at rugby and cricket, these sad stories aren't prevalent why? That's the big question! Also if you look at society as a whole we have a lot to deal with as blacks. All the best to him, he needs help though but mainly he needs to forgive himself.

He made defending looked very easy, could play anywhere at the back and also slotted easily in midfield as an anchor, effective with both feet, could pass long and short, the only South African defender I saw that didn't kick the ball out when under pressure or going for the so called "Safety First defending rule". His tackles were clean and well timed, I'm glad I watched him playing for my beloved Orlando Pirates. ☠️☠️ Scored a scorched on his Debut for Tottenham, I remember him scoring a brace for Bafana Bafana playing as a midfielder in Bloemfontein, one of his goal was similar to the one he scored for Spurs. A Genius and a Legend 👏 .... Wishing him Peace

Nope, Bill Gates dropped out of college, Mandela spent 27 years in jail with his law degree, Tambo was homeless with his law degree, Mohammad Ghandi a systemic bandit, Mark Twain a drop out in University and the list is endless to include Jesus in the grave. Hello, a guy got tired of the neighbour's goat eating his vegetables so he dug a ditch. True the goat fell in the ditch. As the man poured the dirt ontop of the goat to burry it alive, they goat shook off the dirt and stump it's feet. Very soon the goat got out of the grave. No matter what hater say shake it off and stump your feet. Even prison waders made fun of mandele make him crush stones but he came out, became president and invited one of them to his inauguration
