He “knows” much more when he’s not under oath, doesn’t he? Lol. He doesn’t seem to know much about anything, even the clothes he took to Kardashians, when it can be brought up under cross examination. Yet, give him a bit of airtime and a journalist....and he doesn’t seem to stumble much over his events of the “evening in question” or what happened in the following few days. Edit..Nicole’s toxicology report shows no drugs in her system whatsoever, Ron’s was clean too.

Today I read about this Goldman lawyer and efforts to collect the $35M judgment from the now deceased Simpson estate. The lawyer was a business litigator until he represented Goldmans here, which was his first wrongful death case.

I read his book he takes you through the entire deposition. A lot of the questions were to keep Simpson from being able to think through any lies. It definitely worked Simpson was impeached on numerous statements he had made in the criminal interview.

After hos trial, Simpson always tried to maintain that it was Resnick's drug taking that led to Nicole's death ie the Columbian Nicktie theory. Notice how he can not recall anything in 1994 throughout the deposition, but when it comes to discussions of her drug problem, he is very precise and detailed. Almost as if he is deliberately deflecting and trying to lay an alternate narrative. He obviously prepared well for that part.
