OJJA a typical Tunisian dish - quick recipe for summer ! 😋

Ingredient:
- 4 medium-sized diced chili peppers
- 3 medium-sized diced tomatoes
- 1 onion cut into strips
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- 3 or 4 eggs
Sauce for basting:
- 1 tbsp of tomato paste diluted in a glass of water then add salt, pepper and turmeric
