It's so much fun to watch the piano player playing! He has so much energy. Love the growls in the solos! They really brought the energy together in the end.

Carrie- Really high energy! It was obvious how much fun they were having on stage, and that is something I think we as a band should shoot for. Tone quality could certainly be improved especially in the trumpet section and dynamics would make the song pop more, but they kept the same tempo and thus energy throughout the whole song, which is something we should aim for in our rendition.

Josh- Drummer killed it! The trumpets were very quiet and low energy, but that is likely because of where the camera/microphone is for this video. Saxophone soloists didn't sound prepared , but landed very well at the end of their solos, and didn't slow down much.

Keith- We definitely need Santa hats like them. Also, backgrounds were crisp and didn't take away from the soloist.

Keller - I loved how the trombones stood up. The sax solos were so fun! Their balance was ok. Tone was a little blatty but it was ok sometimes with the funky rock style. I think some confidence in their ability to play together would make their performance super great. I would like to add their energy to my bari solo in this song. Overall it was good for a live performance from a high school! Nice job.

Jacob Robblee--- I really like the solos, they were very upbeat and full of energy The vibes and piano were pretty epic together Rhythm section stayed together well I'd like to hear the trumpets a little bit more, but the trombones were strong They kept the tempo fast and hit the low notes really strong at the end

Great comments everyone -- wow altissimo on the first sax solo -- go bari sax!!! I like the vibes as well. We won't be traveling with our vibes. I think someone forgot to solo -- but no worries -- great trombone solo!

Kaitlyn - The song was very upbeat and so fun! They kept the tempo throughout the song, and stayed together throughout the song. The balance was good, but I think the trumpets could play out a little bit more, but overall well done. The solos were super fun and kept the energy and style going. There was a contrast in dynamics, but I think there could have been more of a contrast, something I would think about while playing this piece. Overall, well done!

Joseph - They played with a lot of energy throughout the song The drum fills fit into the song well The band was together and played with good articulation The vibes and piano sounded great They kept a fast steady tempo I would like to incorporate some of the fills and the energy from this drummer's playing

Alice- The solos are good in the song. I can feel so much energy in the playing. Need to work on the rhythm and dynamic of my piano part. I like the improvise the piano has in the song. There could be more contract in the song but overall it's really good.

Claire: The whole song has good energy. I liked the energy in the solos a lot-- I especially liked the beginning of the first one. The balance could use some work, which is something we should look out for when we are playing this song.
