ఒకే సారి రెండు పద్ధతుల్లో బేబీ కార్న్ స్నాక్

Baby corn 65 or Baby corn Manchuria and Crispy Baby Corn.
Ingredients -
Baby Corns- 12
changa Pindi(Besan Powder)- 2 Spoons
Biyyam Pindi (Rice Flour)-2 Spoons
Mokkajonna Pindi( Corn Flour)-2 spoons
Jeelakarra powder (Jeera Powder)-1/4 spoon
Miriyala podi(Pepper Powder)-1/4 spoon
Garam masala powder any -1 spoon
Allam vellulli paste(Ginger Garlic Paste)- 11/2 spoon
pasupu(Termeric)-1/4 spoon
Kharam (Red Chilli Powder)-1/4 Spoon
uppu (Salt) - As per taste
Procedure -
Cut into small pieces of Baby Corn as per video and add all the above ingredients in to that ,mix well and fry in oil till golden colour comes and make two parts of all the fried baby corn
Crispy Baby Corn-
In part 1 baby corn add fried cashew nuts ,Curry leafs and Green chilli and serve
Baby corn 65 or Baby corn Manchria-
Take oil od 2 Spoons in seperate Pan and add chopped Garlic ,one onion of big pieces n one capsicum big pieces as per video and fry till 60% cooking onion n capsicum and add 2 Spoons of Tomato sauce and one spoon corn floor while mixing the water as per video and fry one minute after that add fried part 2 baby corns in to that and add curry leafs and coriander leafs mix well and serve
