If it's still tied, then it deletes the game, forcibly updating your phone, Android or not, to Android 17.

This guy is built to suppress Uui in so many ways, first he has a red typing, then he reduces vanish and locks in, then he takes away card draw speed and heavily suppresses blast based characters with his green card and ultimate. On top of that he directly counters Uui’s reduce ultimate damage effect with his main ability. If that’s not crazy enough he can apply more damage to Uui with his -30 to -70 to enemies sustain damage cut effect.

27:15 No. Where they messed up was units like lf rose and lf FP frieza who just always ignore endurance. Theres zero way to deal with it for an endurance unit. The GB and VB mechanics can be dealt with since they are cancelable. So its only natural that they would eventually give us ways to actually have endurance matter against them.

One thing to note about card slot locking, I realized when fighting G&F that this kind of mechanic only locks 1 slot that is currently been locked, which means it will continue to lock that slot for another new 10 timer counts. So yes, it does lock 1 enemy card randomly, but it will only increase the number of timer of that slot when you use blast arts multiple time.
