This is not at all a mindful conversion in my opinion for a bike capable of doing triple digits for a long time. At high speeds, in worse cases, the gum/resin might get off from joints and it might be very dangerous and that i will leave it to your imagination. The tubeless rims are designed for a purpose to hold that tubeless tyre and the proper OEM tubeless rims always will give you peace of mind without any doubt. The same money you have spent on this urgent conversion would have been used properly when you are buying the tubeless rims. Anyways its your money bro. Ride safe 🙏🏻

Bro, These guys won't understand why OEM parts are designed in a particular way. There are factors like stability, aerodynamics, functionality, weight. Spoke wheels with Tube is for a purpose. They won't understand. I know some people who went from Tubeless to Tube ones on their big bikes! Right now, this Resin looks stuck! One it hits highways, and due to heat on indian Summers or routine use, I wanted to see how the leak will be prevented. Basic as, It expands and become weak eventually! 😮‍💨

If i have this bike and even if someone does this mod for free, i will simply reject it at any cost 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Apart from this topic, he had hit 140kmph+ on this bike after a puncture repair (as far as i remember). I will fucking not dare to do that even in my dreams on a repaired tube 🙏🏻 Owning a bike is one thing. Anyone who have enough money can own one. Understanding the bike or biking is a whole level another thing. Money 💵 cannot give that. You have to use brain 🧠 and give sometime to yourselves. When RE says they will launch the Alloy wheel version, then whats the hurry..?? Until that happens why not wait..?? I dont get that literally.. If you do extreme off-roading and a few spokes lose in up which eventually might, then you will have to tighten them by which the sealing gets disturbed and air starts leaking from there. Having spent so much Then you will have to repeat the procedure.

We have been riding our tubeless converted bikes on pretty extreme roads. A lot of our customers have completed Ladakh ride without any issues. Even in extreme cases when some spokes break, if the rim is repairable, we just need to repair the tubeless around those spokes alone. No need to redo the whole process.

When the spokes nipples are already sealed, they won't even get loose and there is no need to tighten them. Unless there is a major impact and rim itself is damaged, there will be no issues.
