Btw the song she sang when introducing the house was in reference to a Japanese renovation TV series called "Before and After". It has a premise of renovating old houses with various problems like flooding, small spaces, dangerous stairs and all around bad layout for a chosen family. I watched on the WAKUWAKU JAPAN channel but I'm not sure if its available online.
