Heh, it looks like I have a doppelganger in the Comments section... 😼 Man, this is excellent! That person said it all superbly, in terms of the instrumentation in this remaster. The instrument choices and usage are both excellent, and they capture the quintessential Mario & Luigi style that anyone who has played the games would recognize instantly. The reedy accordion lead synergizes really well with the other instruments, like the chromatic synths used in those rising flourishes, the charming celeste notes, and the supporting rhythmic instruments. Can't forget the bass, either, as it's really well-mixed and plays well with the kick - great work with that aspect in particular! Most of all, though, you've really harnessed those orchestral hits, which I feel are a very unwieldy and unforgiving sound to use. I really like how your rhythms and drum selection deviate considerably from the OG version. The kick-snare pattern really keeps things moving, and gives the piece a distinctly different feel, almost a bit like Eurobeat, which is really cool! And I just love the hi hat work here, with those 16th notes added in at intervals for variance and rhythmic drive. Transitions are butter-smooth, as well, with energy shifts that feel natural. Amazing work all-around with the music, my man! The artwork here looks fantastic, by the way! I really like the use of lighting, shading, and blur effects to create depth and atmosphere in the scene. It draws focus to the center of the piece, where all the action is (or is about to go down). Mario looks intense, even from behind, with that clenched fist, and Luigi looks ready to go, in his own way. I love the design of Chipp- ...er, Starlow, as well - she looks on high alert, as usual, and the gradient in the star is a nice touch. The linework is clean, and the multi-layered shadows really look professional! It's amazing, honestly, that all of your videos have such incredible artwork to complement the music - you can do it all! Glad to hear you've been busy with all the right kinds of stuff, and good on you for taking that time away from creating art and music when needed. Your skills always stay razor-sharp and just continue to improve even further. Release schedules are of course a great way to stay consistent, and if it helps to keep you motivated, then more power to you! Regardless of frequency or interval, though, it's always a real pleasure to see your videos in my Subscription feed. Keep up the excellent work, Typho! 🌟

Im gonna do funny Equalyze thingy. im listening to it side by side with the original and its 🔥. you upped the intensity to boss fight level which I like along with the soundgoodizer/OTT esc sound. The drums are awesome as usual, especially the kick with its sort of future bass sound. The bass is kinda wobbly from what I can tell along with the sidechain I think? the strings/Winds are very well mixed and feel like they are meant to fit with this song so good job on picking and mixing. The Harpsichord is rapid giving a bit more energy and Thrill to the theme along with the climbing wind instruments. The Bass rhythm really fits the no drum part making it feel slightly sinister but also happy sounding. The return from the lower intensity to the loop is superbly done adding a bit of flavor in my opinion. Also, did I mention the funni quick orch hit, that's cool. Overall very good remaster. Better than the remasters ost one. I hope to hear more mario remixes maybe superstar saga again idk 😳. stay on that grind set bro. Peace
