I tried to keep the translation accurate (sorry if I made any grammar mistakes) while maintaining a slightly more poetic feel. Some translation choices are based on my familiarity with the anime's storyline, Akram's character arc and also his relationship with Akane, which I think informs how certain lyrics should be interpreted. I'll post the roomaji and kana lyrics in a reply, along with a few notes on translation choices (if anyone's curious).

Given that Akram frequently offers his hand to Akane and she rejects him (due to disagreeing with his actions), it may be referencing that (he also uses similar lines in a CD drama extra). But the final episode where this song plays features Akane trying to reach out to Akram, while he tries to push her away due to his determination to end his own life. So I left the subject unclear, so that it could potentially refer to either of them. *2: Taoru (手折る) can refer to either breaking or plucking something (like a flower), or making a woman your own (rather like the English 'deflower'!). Given the context of their romance in the anime, I felt the second meaning was more appropriate. Finally, the reading of the kanji 終 is meant to be 'tsui' instead of 'owari' in this song. Same kanji, different pronunciation, and I gather that 'tsui' is used more frequently to refer to the end of one's life, hence why it was used in this case.
