He had issues in Okinawa Praise frame which caused him some issues and he is having hard time getting it fixed by the Service Center. If you mail him, he will send you all the pictures, call recordings and details of the issue. See if you can call him and talk in Hindi. These are the things that normally make me delay my EV Scooter purchase even though I love the specs of the Okinawa iPraise and can give up the boot space.

On a general note:- most people do not know how to put out a Lithium-ion battery fire if your battery catches fire, do not pour water on it, it's a chemical fire, it can't be contained. just let it burn, nothing you or firefighters can do. so be very mindful where you charge your battery. btw slow charging(3 amps) is the best way to prolong your battery lifecycle.

Do promote Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery, they are heavy but have a low chance of catching fire/bursting into flames, they have more lifecycles than Lithium-ion battery.

Remember that this review is for old Okinawa praise that uses acid batteries. We currently have better models with Li ion batteries from various companies.. and some even does not require license/registration/insurance....so its not as bad as you think...home use, you can safely take a low cost Li-Ion model scooter...it will do wonders

As far as I know, the battery status indicator would not be accurate after this upgrade, as the nominal voltages and discharge curves of lead acid and lithium ion batteries are different.
