The 2ndaries aren't broken because they only matter in about one game in four. The other three games you just have an inefficiently configured ship that isn't that good to begin with. And being double-uptiered in this is _rough_ Further, you were playing on a map suitable for tier 4s. When you get to higher tier maps like Ring, Estuary, or Neighbors etc your speed will make you sad.
