Initially I thought you guys lacked initiative from the screenshots - Daud asking for supplier instead of sourcing for your own but turns out you guys already had merch prior. OLG really wanted to profit from you guys but didn’t have a strategy of how to help you guys become more sponsor-able and they got mad when no one was willing to sponsor. I have been listening to OLG since 2019 and I firmly believe what you guys said about him - he’s the type of person to throw people under the bus please Dzar (because Dzar made him) to hide the fact that he can’t manage and mentor you guys. I hope you guys will find a way to monetise your content independently and all the best.

While OLG is strong, but their weak link is Razie.. Out of the 3, Razie always need damage control by dzar or recovery.. A few times he almost cross some lines but was rescued by dzar. It is quite evident that razie is not media trained as certain things he said are cringe worthy. So i can believe that he might not have communicated well as he does not have the skills to process information well. My suggestion is to talk to Dzar directly, he is more rationale and reasonable if he gets 1st hand info.

I'm a dual listener and I can say that what wello has given out is believable as we all know that dzar and his crew are not as "bloodz" as we think they are. They're just business partners and that's it. Hence the communication breakdown

Simply said, olg was the bully. You made a contract of agreement and didnt stick by it, delayed payment etc. dzar got the audacity to say the 5k is liquid, Wello can use that money to do so and so. No its not up to olg on how Wello spend that salary,bosses dont go telling their affiliate/employee how they should spend their money. Its olg part of the agreement to generate sponsors and guide/mentor wello as agreed. So dont go complaining that Wello has no sponsors and you had to fork out 58k, you are suppose to do that. That is the investment you sign up for. Olg just broadcasted their failure at managing their affiliate by telling us how they lost money. Their confrontational approach shows their lack of professionalism in addressing conflict and maintaining good business relations. Olg needs to know what they are investing into since they are the "investor". Do your due deligence and appraise if the investment is suitable for you. And if it turn bad, dont go complaining about your failure. Not anyone can invest in anything. A fisherman invest in a fishing rod, not a chopping board. If he buys a chopping board and complain its of no good use or money wasted, that doesnt make the chopping board bad. Wello keep doing what you do, your response is much more educated and rational. Its obvious Wello are the more matured and thinking ones here.

Tbh most of the things highlighted here, like OLG’s lack of communication, long term OLG listeners can lowkey sense through some podcasts where there were frictions between Dzar and the rest. That’s one thing, but ever since Halimah and some artists called them out during Covid, OLG’s vibes has also been a very “us against them” mentality, so it’s natural they get easily agitated by any perceived criticisms. This whole episode was definitely a miscommunication and mismatch of partnership so it’s very unfortunate things have gone the way it went. To Wello, press on and keep producing hilarious contents. You guys definitely have what it takes to succeed and we respect your willingness to learn from OLG over the past year 💪🏻
