I wouldn't use it, the video footage is violating quite a few FAA laws. Unless it was shot under UAS 107 you could also face a fine for using it.

Total violation of rules for flying over people and flying at night without a wavier. This was just submitted to the FAA. They are giving out $11,000 fines so I hope this was worth it!
