Hi Chef! I have prepared your recipe several times but I have noticed that I cannot eat cabbage (it causes digestive problems), what other delicate vegetable do you recommend me to use? Thank you. 😊
@CHEFSLABO2 жыл бұрын
Hi letizia!! That case, how about napa cabbages? (a.k.a. wom bok or Chinese cabbage) If that still doesn't suit you, you can use very thinly sliced onion and carrot!! But you know what? The word "Okonomiyaki" means "Fry what you like" in Japanese. "Okonomi" =What you like "Yaki" = Cook, fry, grill, etc "(Other good example) Yakitori = Grilled chicken "Tori" = chicken So you can try many different things, and there is no law!! I tried the onion and carrot version before because I run out of cabbage, but it was quite good too!! Hope this reply helps!! Thanks for the comment😉👍
@letiziaserenaausiliaincorv38242 жыл бұрын
@@CHEFSLABO Thanks for the tips Chef! Unfortunately I suffer from digestive problems, so there are a lot of ingredients / dishes that I cannot overeat. In particular, I cannot eat cabbage or any vegetable that is part of the cabbage world, I can make exceptions but rarely, especially when they are not elaborate dishes. I cannot exaggerate with the use of garlic, onion, ginger and hot spices. For your recipe, I thought about using carrots,zucchini, mushrooms or shrimp and squid. I hope they go well. Thank you for your availability, you always answer questions and are very prepared. I really appreciate it. 😊
