Hello Anoma! Wow, those are beautiful okra and so big...yum! Every dish looked absolutely delicious. Sometimes the sliminess of the okra can be a bit off putting for me in certain dishes but I do love it fried up crispy in a cornmeal/flour batter...I could eat it all day like popcorn.
