Гениально! Сейчас проходит ЧМ, но нашим двукратным олимпийским чемпионам нет равных, они и сегодня победили бы. Сложно, виртуозно, красиво. Завораживает! Оксана гениальная спортсменка! При такой сложности программ она никогда не ошибалась. Умница! Вы лучшие, ребята!!!

Не смешите!!! На счёт и сегодня победили бы! Вообще лучший прокат Грищук и Платова конечно же постановка Тарасовой на их второй олимпиаде! Как то у Корпоносова и Линичук было все не то! У уж полька это вообще дурацкий танец в принципе! Отстой какой-то ! Слава Богу его давно нет ! Надеюсь и не будет ! Гопака ещё не хватало! Польку и в бальных танцах 100 лет как отменили!!

Много пар талантливых, эффектных, красивых и в наше время, но Грищук и Платов уникальны! Мне многие нравятся и я смотрю их выступления с удовольствием, но от Оксаны и Евгения у меня просто "культурный шок" Если серьёзно, то они Непревзойденные Артисты на льду!

Самые настоящие танцы. Что не танец, то шедевр. Какие были поcтановщики.Куда все это делалось? Не танцы , а сплошные одни твизлы и обязаловки.

Да,к сожалению прекрасный тренер,которая лучше всех учила своих подопечных именно танцевать на льду,уехала в США и её знания пригодились там. А её учеников знают и помнят долгие годы.

interesting how their music was different here than at the Olympcis and Worlds. Also interesting how some of the judges went down on the second set of marks. I wonder if it was because there was maybe a question as to whether or not their music fit the polka genre. If so, that would explain the change in music.

I think many teams were having problems with that this season. Rakhommo & Kokko came only 4th in the original dance at Skate America behind Navka & Gezalian, Punsalen & Swallow, and Yvon & Palluel when they were heavily favored to win the event, and ended up finishing 2nd overall due to their OD finish mainly. The judges gave them really low 2nd marks in the original dance, and many of them said afterwords it was a ho down, not even a polka. Duchensays debuted at some event in a weak field, but got super low artistic marks, and the judges said it was not a Polka, which is one reason they took almost the whole season off to do new programs (their initial free dance was also not received well at this minor event, which they also wound up changing)

@@tylerbam7183 Klimova & Ponomarenko also had a minor problem with their OD. If you notice at the Olympics and Worlds, some of their artistic marks went down because some felt that their program and the music didn't reflect an actual polka. But for both K&P and this version of G&P's OD, the music sounds like polka music to me. The polka is a dance that's all over Europe and some parts of the Americas and so styles can wildly vary.

@@gk891 Yes I notice K&P had a few strange artistic marks. Generally in ice dance the artistic mark either stays the same or goes up from the technical no matter. I think it was because it was an unconventional music choice and some judges didn't think it was true Polka. The Polka obviously is one of the hardest music choices to come up with something appropriate. I do laugh at the irony the Duchensays who are always doing rebellious programs and bucking the rules, were the ones to really pussy out and play it safe by skating to "Sound of Music" which is the safest and most obvious Polka music imaginable.

@@tylerbam7183 Agree completely about D&D. They copped out big-time that season. Whereas K&P were the ones who pushed the boundaries instead!

@@gk891 And considering they did not do something remotedly revolutionary or exceptional artististically like they normally do, I don't think them even being on the podium in Albertville can be justified. Technically they are weaker than all 3 Soviet pairs and maybe the Finns even. What they make up the gap with normally is innovation and very interesting and groundbreaking choreography.
