I think "Accent Em" came from Triumph The Insult Comic Dog, which was a puppet with a cigar and dissed everybody with a similar accent including Eminem at an award show and Em damn near snatched the puppet off Robert Smigel's hand.....The public came for Eminem for not taking the jokes and dishing them out in his music so Em eventually calmed down and started the voice when he had the puppet in his video.
