okay, i have been training taekwondo for 7 years now so i just want to share some knowledge. Also i know this video is just for introducing women's safety so read it very carefully and don't take it as otherwise.... first of all you need to be very active in martial arts/sports or even in daily life to defend yourself from any attack, attacks are sudden and your mind can't process quickly when you are in shock state therefore these techniques becomes useless as within seconds your attacker can totally force himself upon you and your body won't be able to resist it because of weight and strength difference. secondly, in most cases attackers are in group like 2-3 people, so yeah even if you are active enough you can hold a person down but as i said within a second the 2nd and 3rd attacker will grab you and you wont be able to push them back as you are not 'martial artist' As she herself said that you can't become bruce lee in one day, if you really want to defend yourself get serious about it, join classes or build strength among yourself by joining gym otherwise watching this 20 minute video will not make any sense. Stay safe and happy women's day.

True gaurav Verma this technique are not practiced by practioner and yes every technique has its own defence
@HAAHMAD-uh2ih3 жыл бұрын
true !!! person has to be quick n must have stamina to continue defence as v r not martial artist that v can hit anyone in one go. we need continues effort to fight n that requires stamina n for stamina u must consistent in physical activity so that u won't get tired easily in such attack.

Absolutely true , I was about to comment something very similar... Best thing is to start learning boxing/wrestling/bjj/muay Thai/full contact karate or anything else which has actually sparring from a young age n compete if possible to get a sort of real feel of such situations ...

No its not its more harmful than doing good. These methods will never work in reality the attacker/rapist will never be so kind to stay still and get all this techniques done by her, the attacker will retaliate with much stronger force because of his muscle mass and these techniques will never work. These kind of techniques give a false sense of security which will never get applied on real world. Instead of that take classes on MMA or martial arts(good ones not scam ones) for a long period of time only that can help with true self defence. I am pretty sure even the classes in this video will be good if one opts for the long term ones instead something worth for 20min video.
@kalsingh823 жыл бұрын
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling or Judo is the best self defence in my opinion for woman. These techniques look good without resistance and the attacker is complying for the demonstration. But credit to the girls learning and having some perception. Unfortunately the ground advise wasn't good and I'm a brown belt in Brazillian Jiu Jitsu. But girls having understanding of self defense is very Important along sparing and drilling. Credit to you girls really proud

Damn these are too good. These techniques can be used by both men and women when attacked. Thank you!!
@forkrust92963 жыл бұрын
Lol no most of these techniques cannot be used by women or men to be precise. No attacker will be so ideal and gentle to let you execute such techniques they to will exert much force in retaliation making you unable to use all these techniques. The only way to stop them is take proper MMA classes or some good martial arts and not in short term but for some time so that you will have the build and the training required not to mention the mentality cause in reality when an attacker comes no one would execute any techniques they watched from a video even if its the best technique out there.
