Aloo pitika is aloo pitika, not aloo chokha/aloo bhorta/mashed potatoes. It's normally made of only boiled potatoes, chopped onion, chopped green chilli, coriander, salt and raw mustard oil. No other ingredients are used. That way it taste the best. The pitika in the video doesn't look like pitika at all.
