As a Bavarian, I can confirm, that this is exactly how we celebrate our public events. A Schweinewagen is a very common thing in any public procession, but I was a little bit disappointed because this one seems to be missing the BBQ where traditionally the "abgestochene Drecksau" or as in Bavarian dialect "Sparifankerl" is prepared, so its actually a bit missing the whole point of the Schweinewagen.
