I agree. Haven't seen this video in the past year. My 2 most powerful spinners are the Makaira 10K & 20K. These are the only 2 most powerful spinning rods that i could find to match-up with the strongest spinning reels per Alan Hawk's reviews. And Jeff is a great guy by the way:)

There's 4 series of PCH. Trolling, Kite, Inshore & Custom. For a 5 it'll be either the Inshore or Custom.

which 8FT PCH would you recommend for surface iron?

I'm using the 7'6" that's XH. 2-4oz feels good but can go up to 6oz. Rated 2-10oz.
