Same situation happened with me OLA, Returning from bangalore on Saturday when i booked ola that driver demanded extra money and his excuse was "weekend shutdown chalichhi permission naba pain extra pay karibaaku paduchhi". I don't have any option that time at airport had to go with OLA.

Re: OLA- Most of the OLA drivers are doing the same. Once a book is assigned, they will call you and ask about pick up and drop location. And then ask for extra charge (min: 50/-) with reason "due to Lockdown". And the problem, is if you deny to give extra, they will cancel the ride and the cancellation charges will be added to your account, and again you have to contact OLA support. Now days, this is common in BBSR

Once I booked a mini cab to station and have luggage. I got an free upgrade for sedan. The driver took to destination after lot of argument as he already insisted to cancel. Later he wanted to pay extra since I had booked mini so as per his rules mini booking should not have extra luggage although I got free upgrade. Seriously these drivers are disgusting. In Mumbai the service is excellent with humble drivers
