Been an Ola S1 Pro user for over a year now with more then 14k Km clocked on the scooter. I genuinely love the product they have offered in an competitive pricing. The only problem i have complaints about are the service centre, there is no man power to handle all the scooters which are piling up day after day. The quality of the parts being used are also sub-par compared to ICE scooters in that price range. My scooter has been sitting in the service center for almost a month now concerning a Parking mode issue which i have noticed is not uncommon among other users. Regardless i feel its a really fun scooter and daily commuter. Hope Ola address the customer service issues and improve their parts quality.

I do own a ola s1 pro gen 2 and initially I faced similar probelms such as screen not working, screen flickering and not able to switch to drive mode. The solution is to restart the scooter and this solves all the problems. And after the latest update I don't face these issues anymore. One thing I noticed was whenever I faced these kind of issues most of the time I was near a high voltage power line or near the electrical control unit (In the parking) I guess this is because of some sort of electro magnetic fields which influence the computer of scooter again I'm not 100% sure this is what I observed. Another problem is with the service centers of ola I live in Lucknow and the condition of ola service centres is terrible here. Unless you have an ola subscription you need atleast 2 hours just for the technician to touch the scooter that to if you reserve your slot on prior basis.

I also own a Gen 1 S1 Pro. Though we have not driven our vehicle much, it has not given us any major problems. There was once a recall so that the front suspension could be replaced free of cost. We have had some minor glitches now and then but nothing that a system reset couldn't solve. The vehicle drives like a dream and is a pleasure to take around. What I loved the most was the balance. What I hated the most was the throttle cut off when the brake is applied. The styling of Gen 1 scooters is a cut above what is available right now even among other brands. This is why I am astonished that so many people have faced so many issues with this vehicle. It is a little sad. Let's hope the company can solve these issues plaguing their system and hopefully restore the kit to their Gen 1 package. I personally feel that was better, atleast in looks.

I also own OLA s1 pro and OLA scooter is trash. Boot is permanently locked because screen dosent work, GPS never worked from day one, rattling noise coming from everywhere, ghost touches starts on screen everytime, regen doesn't work after riding a few kilometres and app also doesn't work for opening boot (both on Android and ios). From more than a year I am running around ola service centers but staff only misbehaves and don't help with any problems. (I missed your survey) Conclusion I have burnt my 1.5 lakh rupees.

Hii, it was a great video. I have a request: can you please make a similar video on 'Vida V1' vehicle by Hero Vida. The 'limp home' feature in this vehicle is very dangerous while driving on road, and can sometimes even be deadly. Details about the 'Limp Home': The vehicle suddenly stops while driving and the only way to restart it is to bring the vehicle to a complete stop and then restart it. In my experience, many times the vehicle goes into limp home in the middle of the traffic and vehicles keep coming from all the directions; so it gets very dangerous. I've gotten the vehicle serviced 5 times already now, and they haven't been able to resolve it at all.

I got a test ride of the OLA S1 pro from my cusion, power and features is all good but again too many reliability issues. Whereas on the Ather 450X we had no issues and service quality is also nice. I would rather pay extra and get the Ather just for a piece of mind. Me and my friend rode the Ather 450X in warp mode from 100% to 0% (it automatically changed mode to eco once it was below 20%) in Pune without any heating issues or power issues, we also used map and other features without any hiccups and got around 80kms of range.

I have been using an Ola scooter for the last 4 months and have done 2700 Kms in that time. I must point out one thing, I am extremely satisfied with the product, it runs really well, provides a good pickup and very cost effective due to it's good battery! However I must say fit and finish is still not good! The front brake assembly became a bit lose and started making noise (although I did not have any safety issue and brake function was working effectively). However I did book a service appointment and it was resolved within 3 hours. Overall so far I have a positive experience with the scooter. Regarding the suspension breaking issue, I think this has mostly been resolved with the Gen2. My S1 Pro Gen 2 comes with dual suspension and it is better than my previous scooter (Suzuki Bergman), as the suspension travel is good and in case of bad potholes the suspension bottoms out before hitting the mud guard. I went to buy an Ather as well, however chose Ola because of the following reasons: 1. Battery warranty of Ola was 8 yrs instead of Ather's 5 (they did not have an option to extend the warranty as wll). 2. Ola's top model is cheaper than Ather's 3. Ola's seating position is far more comfortable (pls note, at the time Ather's Rizta was not available)

So if we go with your review then I should keep three stripes on my head. Ship is not meant to be on the shore so likewise put that machine to test and then post a honest review how satisfied are you!

I also own an ola, and if there is any glitch in the MID you can always restart the scooter by long pressing reverse and power button. All problems related to the MID gets resolved through this. So itna bhi bhura nahi hai ola jitna log bolte hai.

April ki baat hai main subah subah cycling kar raha tha speed meri kaafi zyada thi. isi beech saamne se ola s1 waale bhai sahab ka achanak scooter band ho gaya. aur wo unbalanced ho gaya phir mere cycle se lagbhag takra hi gaya. phir gusse me main bola ki bhaisahab aapko chalane nahi aati hai to itne chalu raaste par gaadi mat lekar aayiye. Magar jab unhone mujhe dikhaya to mere hosh ud gaye scooter start hi nahi ho raha tha aur motor waala side kaafi heat ho gaya tha jabki 10 din hi hua tha delivery ke.*

The problem is they had need to sell in limited quantities like what Redmi did in Flash sale 5000 each every 6 month and see how service center responds. This scooter is heavily used by vendors, unlike crossover SUVs, which normal consumer uses and drives maximum 1000km per month
