@@j12325 it is a little suspicious for a ceo of a publically traded company to go out on the internet and fight with someone in such a cheap tone. No sane ceo will do that. But then again, there is absolutely no benefit for ola here. Only, it will deter future buyers especially young generation who actively use social media and will not like the ceo's response 1 bit. As for kamra, whatever his intentions maybe, his post was nothing wrong to receive such a response.

I am the owner of ola s1 pro, I purchased it in January this year. Till now, I send it to service center 5-6 times, just think it's a showroom scooter. And, now since August it's parked in my society. Because, I am unable to operate it. It's, showing scooter error on the screen. Many time, I contacted to service center but they put my call on long hold and do nothing. Sometimes, I felt like my 1,62000 rupees is spoiling in my society. After this, I am having trust issues with EV and Local brands.

I agree with Kunal . Ola service is pathetic. I dropped my ola scooter 1 month ago and it still does not get repaired yet. Kunal is saying the truth that's why Bhavesh gets angry 😡 Bhavesh Agarwal only focuses on sale every service centre is handling 1k plus scooters which does not get repaired yet. Ola service is pathetic. I totally agree with kunal. And really really thank you Kunal for raising voice against ola service and Bhavesh Agarwal 😊

Many so-called startup entrepreneurs, particularly Indian owners and CEOs, are not only biased but are essentially scamming the people of India. They are often glorified by their PR teams on social media, with more focus on marketing than on delivering quality products or services. I experienced this firsthand with OLA-my vehicle is now rotting in a parking lot because the service center claimed they couldn't fix it due to a lack of parts. Their response was that it would either remain there or in my own parking space. This raises the question: Are these high-profile CEOs simply PR-driven, politically motivated scam artists who prefer to argue with consumers rather than research and address the root causes of their issues? All these products are knock of Chinese products like Micromax etc. that's why they don't have any technical analysis or solution. Govt. should look into that, cause its just scam yet to be open up

ओला प्रबंधन को अपने सीईओ भावेश अग्रवाल के खिलाफ सख्त कदम उठाने चाहिए अगर वे वास्तव में अपनी सार्वजनिक छवि को बचाना चाहते हैं। इस मामले में त्वरित और कठोर कार्रवाई न की गई तो ओला के लिए ग्राहकों का विश्वास फिर से हासिल करना मुश्किल हो जाएगा। इसके अलावा, इस स्थिति की गंभीरता को देखते हुए भारत सरकार को भी इसमें हस्तक्षेप करना चाहिए ताकि ग्राहकों के हितों की रक्षा हो सके और ओला जैसी बड़ी कंपनी की प्रतिष्ठा बरकरार रहे।

Kunal Kamra is right and his argument is based on to the fact. Customer service is failed in every two wheelers company. After sale , most of the service experience is bad. Company ignoring customer rights. Customer should go to Consumer Court to get justice ⚖️
