Mine is s1pro gen 1 now almost 2yrs and almost 34k kms. Had issues with suspension leak, switches, brake pad change, bearing till date. One thing is sure they're trying to improve for sure. They cleared my suspension leak issue by replacing the shock within a few hrs. If you bring changes customers will be your biggest advertisement. Still there are many people who are afraid to take their scooter to the service center thinking of their previous experience. That should change. The product is good just keep the customer concerns addressed that's what it is.
