It still has mechanical connection. Its just additional braking provided by motor in addition to regular braking by the disk. So the workload on braking pad is reduced and also it acts like regen braking increasing range . Don't worry about brake fail 😂

Ola and Ather.. service centres 🤦‍♂️ I hope they open the damn repairs to anyone outside their closed world. Just the sell damn parts. I am with my Ather today, replacing the master cyclinder at a local mechanic. He is doing a great job. Just sell the damn parts to these guys and service and repairs will be sorted. But they Don’t want to lose their fucking control..!
