Bro I had added this old crash guard which Is light weight for ₹1000 to my ola as shown in scooter & just for looks & some minor protection from scratching from other vehicles. Also I have been using since 2-3 Month's & I have not faced any pannel gaps in my scooter. As you said about pan gaps may be you're crash guard was big size & too much heavier than ordinary crash guard. Aslo the screws & nuts should be different fitted to scooter for exact allinging.
