Yeah exactly, I own Gen1 ola s1 pro nd because of it's front single fork suspension and rear mono shock suspension it moves like gliding on buttery surface, specifically on damar roads. It will affect the smoothness of the ride for sure.

Just because it's got dual shocks, doesn't make it better. I've taken a test ride of the S1 Air which is much cheaper, but the suspension wasn't anywhere NEAR my S1 Pro

Company has done huge cost cutting: 1. If you look closely the belt drive is clearly visible which was covered earlier. 2. The inside panel of footrest was body colored earlier now it's just plan black. 3. Design of alloy wheels is degraded, after paying 1.75lakh alloys design looks like normal Jupiter. 4. Boot capacity is decreased from 36L to 34L even though length is same. 5. Color options are limited to just 6. 6. Grab rail is just basic like Ola Air and S1X models. 7. Very basic and cheap looking rear swingarm. 50k Chinese scooter has swingarm like that. 8. Front telescopic shocks looks like bicycle shocks. Could have designed it to look better. Even though peak power has increased from 8.5kw to 11kw which is 2.5kw but, what about 0-60 it's gone from 2.9sec to 2.4 sec hardly 0.5 sec difference. Range has increased by 10km but hardly 30min charging time difference it will make. Conclusion: As ola is single handedly dominating the market it is doing cost cutting and increasing price of scooter especially ola S1 pro. Also remember its on road cost including all the extended warranty is 1,75,000 as of today. It's a very premium price for a scooter. So as a customer we will not only expect top notch quality but top notch looks too.

Extremely Bad experience with Ola S1 Air Recently bought the Scooter, but to my utter dismay it stopped running just after covering 5 kms. Had to manually push my brand new scooter to home for almost 4 kms on the very first day of delivery. To add to the agony was lackadaisical attitude of staff and service team, who have not responded to the service request even after 3 days of breakdown of a brand new scooter. Totally frustrated with the product. Don't ever buy this

Gen 2 deliveries will almost certainly be delayed, based on their past record. If you can't wait and NEED it now, then go for the Gen 1 version. I got mine in May and it's been great! Service will be same regardless of the model.

Dont buy this bike for heaven sake 😂... my observation on OLA Gen2..power is good no doubt.. very smooth.. it easily reaches 115km but body make is very weak .. 2nd day of my use..the bolt n nut from my bike fell somewere..... The plastic frame for the seat is very weak ... It goes inside and comes back automatically (feels like 1 is sitting on a Tin sheet n cushion on it... Will give you back pain for sure.. btw im 80kg .).... Black paint on the body frame comes off easily n shows sign of rust! I couldn't find any working charging stations during my trip from bangalore it was just a 90km trip... Battery drains like anything... And very difficult to find a charging station which is working... Lastly found one ola showroom..had an Normal charger there. I left my vehicle there for charging the whole day and continued my trip with RE.. my personal suggestion is .. buy it only if it's only for inside City use and especially light usage...! Trying to raise ticket from morning to fix the bolt... It says no slot available both for home visit and showroom visit I would personally not recommend this bike for bikers

Don't buy anyone. I did very big mistake to purchase ola scooter. Very bad service. No response by customer service. My vehicle is dead only after 19 days.

Rear shock absorber only 1. No ladies foot rest. Seat quality very poor like low density soft foam. My Torchlight is much better than it's headlight.
