Worst after sales service. Their employees are frustrated about the company and showing over attitude with us. Nobody will pick up your call. For every complaint you have to raise through tweets. Hyper charger, hyper-sports mode, hill hold assist, navigation system etc., Are the features which are only in the paper. In reality they were not working. Range prediction will also not be that accurate. Sure you will get into an idea to burn the vehicle once you have started with these issues with your scooter, nobody will help/assist you from ola.. ola care+ is the option which only benefits for ola not for the customers.
