Bohoth bohoth shukriya pyaare bhai. Thumhaare vajah se bohoth hi madad huva. Plug aur socket ke loose contact ke vajah se gaadi ruk gayi thi, phir maine aap ko dek kar sahi kiya. Mereghar se service center ko 10 km ka faasla hai agar mai gaadi transport karna padtha tho 500 ka kharcha saath me mere ek din ka kaam ka pagaar zaya ho jaatha. Allah ka shukar aap ke zariye maslaa hal huva.🎉

I just booked a S1x variant, will get bike by end of month. I booked despite knowing all the complaints because for the price no other company offers the kind of hardware Ola offers. So I'm prepared to repair small small things myself. Thank you very very very much for this video, you've done a great job in troubleshooting and fixing the issue yourself. I'm good at repairing petrol motorcycle but this is my first electric, so this video was very helpful. Good job, keep it up. I'm from Bangalore and service centre is just 4km away but it's always good to know your bike and fix small things yourself.

Today, It's been 100 days of my S1 X+. And this kind of Totally off/dead/Not turn on issue has happened around 15 times and at regular intervals. And it happened at after full charge, Ola standind idle, Power off while riding also. At first i was also given the solution of underseat switch connector detach and reattach option. It works and ola starts and works normally. But after the issue started happening repeatedly. I called CS and appointment for Software update was given. After software uodate at centre. S1 x+ again turned off on the road while riding. I called the experience centre again. They said bring it. We will tie and fix some wires connected to it's PCM/Computer which is located under it's chest as shown in the above video. I visited centre and a friendly technician told me that the brake cables are moving or disturbing the other connector when we apply brakes. So he cut the clips on brake cables and tied again at slight distance. Now, it's 3rd day. S1 x+ going fine. But, don't know whether this will helo or not. Looking forward othe users experiences of fixing the issue under my comment. Also waiting move OS 5 if it can be fixed with yhe new OS if it's a technical glitch or bug.
