When one circles the walls of Jerusalem they are circling one of the Names of Moshiach. When one sings a Psalm of David they are singing one of the Names of Moshiach. When one reads Genesis 49 they are reading one of the Names of Moshiach contained within the Names of Moshiach.

There is a fourth allusion to Eikhah in the Book of Esther 8:6, which we sing to the tune of the Book of Lamentations when we read Megillas Esther on Purim.
