Old Anglia programme starring Michael Crawford uncovered | ITV News

During our interview with Michael Crawford in Cambridge, where he was supporting The Sick Children's Trust, Michael mentioned to presenter Jonathan Wills that he had been in an old Anglia production many years ago.
Our reserachers got to work and have now uncovered the programme. It was 'The Policeman and the Cook' which aired on ITV at Christmas in 1970 as part of ITV's 'Sunday Night Theatre' series. Other stars in the programme included Tim Curry of Rocky Horror fame and Reginald Marsh, who appeared in Terry and June, Bread, Minder and Z Cars
