We can see evolution’s footprint. And it’s true that mainstream health and medicine completely ignore what is so painfully obvious to me. Namely….comparative anatomy. Human beings have the guts of a hyper carnivore. More similar to a lion or tiger than a chimpanzee, our closest ancestral relative. Yet, medicine ignores this fact and tries to gaslight us into believing we would be healthier eating plants. Absolute lies an BS and it’s been going on for far too long.
